142) Hogan's of South Great George's Street, D2

By day, the large windows offer a glorious tripartite vista and give the punter a panoramic view of the goings on of the busy thoroughfare outside, including flower-sellers, gossipy old ladies who have been at their post going strong for decades (Bridie, in particular, who sells flowers to this day, has been trading here for decades, probably even centuries). A smoking area on Fade Street traps the sun. By night, it becomes a multi-tiered nightclub affair, of the 'shout-don't-talk' variety.

Was once called the Hogan Stand, a faded sign is just barely discernible high overhead

Update as of May 2023: We are delighted to confirm that Hogan’s are now serving Beamish!

GIRLZ JUST WANNA HAV FUN!!!!
