Despite the exterior which seems to promise much, this is not in any way a pub by any stretch of the imagination – it's a pretentious restaurant instead, with a bare area at the front where scum like us will be allowed, or better yet, be begrudgingly suffered to sit and take a single overpriced drink, while better dressed grandees can suck on an aperitif prior to their meagre yet costly repast within. Try the nearby Ryan's for more honest fare.
